Recommend Dilution	Western blot.  Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections.  Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 1/100-1/500. This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose.  Recommended Positive Control: Human tonsil.  Flow Cytometry: Use 10 µl of 1/10-1/50 diluted CD79a antibody to label 1x106 cells in 100 µl (Membrane permeabilisation is required).
