Western blot: 0.1-0.3 µg/ml. Approx 90kDa band observed in lysates of cell line A549 (calculated MW of 84.6kDa according to NP_003725.1). An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 38kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
