Recommend Dilution	ELISA. Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry on Cryostat Sections: Ready-to-Use. For better resolutiobn on Froszen Sections preincubation (directly after fixation) with 0.05-0.2% Triton X-100, for 5-10 min, depending on tissue type, is recommended (See Ref.3). For delicate tissues like liver and gastrointestinal material preincubation with saponin is preferred to Triton. For Immunolocalization studies on electron microscopic level preincubation with 0.1-1% saponin is recommended.
