This reflects bands found in DTT reduced Blots of the immunising antigen and in immunoblots using a known antibody positive serum.  Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections.  Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: Strong reaction at 1/20 dilution. No antigen preservation required, 35 minutes recommended incubation time.
