Secondary Antibodies

Mouse IgG2a (gamma 2a chain specific) rabbit polyclonal antibody, Biotin

Applications Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assay using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 mg of Mouse IgG2a in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:30,000 to 1:150,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Reactivities Mouse
