Human IgD (Fc specific) goat polyclonal antibody, HRP

Applications Can be used in Enzyme-immunocytochemical and Immunohistochemical staining for the detection of IgD at the cellular and subcellular level by staining of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates; to demonstrate circulating IgD antibodies in serodiagnostic microbiology and autoimmune diseases; in nonisotopic assay methodology (e.g. ELISA) to measure IgD in human serum or other body fluids. This immunoconjugate is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each conjugate should be established by titration before being used. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal.
Recommended working dilutions:
Histochemical and Cytochemical: 1/50 - 1/500.
ELISA and comparable non-precipitating antibody-binding assays: 1/500 - 1/10,000.
Reactivities Human
Conjugation HRP

Human IgD (Fc specific) goat polyclonal antibody, Biotin

Applications Can be used in Immunocytochemical and Immunohistochemical staining for the detection of IgD at the cellular and subcellular level by staining of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates, and to demonstrate circulating antibodies in serodiagnostic microbiology.
In non-isotopic assay methodology (e.g. ELISA) to identify and measure IgD in human serum or other body fluid.
As a second step an avidin or streptavidin conjugate of the user’s choice has to be used.
This immunoconjugate is not pre-diluted. The optimum working dilution of each conjugate should be established by titration before being used. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal.
Recommended Dilutions:
Histochemical and Cytochemical Use: 1/100-1/250
ELISA and comparable non-precipitating antibody-binding assays: 1/1,000-1/10,000.
Performance testing. Isotype specificity and quantitative specific recognition ability are further evaluated at the high level of sensitivity by direct singe and simultaneous double staining of different types of human cells, using counterstaining with reference conjugates with a different marker. The immunoconjugate is further tested in ELISA-type assays.
