Recommend Dilution	This antibody can be used: To identify and measure IgE, antigen or antibody, at the cellular and subcellular level by immunofluorescence staining of appropriately treated cell and tissue substrates. To identify circulating IgE antibodies in Rat serum or other body fluids. Excess labelled antibody must be avoided because it may cause high unspecific background staining and interfere with the specific signal. Recommended Dilutions: 1/10-1/60.

Note	Cross-reactivity: Inter-species cross-reactivity is a normal feature of antibodies to immunoglobulins, since immunoglobulins of different species frequently share antigenic determinants. Cross-reactivity of this antiserum has not been tested in detail because of the low level of IgE in most species.
