Recommend Dilution	Suitable for Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry (Frozen or Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissue sections and cell smears). For IHC dilute concentared antibody at 1/50-1/200 using streptavidin-Biotin system or polymer system. For FFPE tissue sections high temperature antigen retriever (boiling tissue in 10 mM Citrate buffer for 10 min) enhances the signal and may require further dilution of antibody. Positive Control: Human colon carcinoma, LS 174 T colon cancer cell line.
