Proteins were visualized using an IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse secondary antibody and a chemiluminescence detection system. IHC:Detects PTH/PTHrP receptor in human kidney, vascular smooth muscle and ovary sections. Receptor was also detected in porcine oocytes.
