This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Human Haptoglobin in a standard Sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] MX and TMB as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/500,000.  Western Blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000.  Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000.

Specificity	Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum. Analysis by SDS-PAGE was used to determine that this preparation is substantially free of aggregates and shows a banding pattern consistent with purified Rabbit IgG. Reactivity against HP1-1, HP1-2 or HP2-2 has not been tested.
