Background	Angiotensin A is a potent endogenous vasoconstrictor peptide that derives from the Angiotensin II. It was first identified in human plasma and it differs from Angiotensin II in Alanin instead of Aspartate residue. Recent findings showed that Angiotensin A has a role as cardiovascular active peptide of the Renin–Angiotensin System (RAS). This antibody was generated by immunization of rabbits with Angiotensin A coupled to a carrier protein.
