Product Name | Rabbit IgG (H+L chain, adsorbed) Goat Polyclonal Antibody |
Applications | ELISA, WB |
Recommend Dilution | Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/20,000-1/100,000. Western Blot: 1/2,000-1/10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000-1/5,000. Note: This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Rabbit IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/10,000 to 1/40,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. |
