Close the tube and incubate for 10 minutes at room temperature. 4. Briefly vortex the tube and then do a quick spin (less than 5000xg) to concentrate the liquid at the bottom. 5. Store the suspended plasmid at -20°C. The DNA is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -20°C. |

SAPS3 is a regulatory subunit for the protein phosphatase-6 catalytic subunit (PPP6C; MIM 612725) (Stefansson and Brautigan, 2006 [PubMed 16769727]).[supplied by OMIM, Nov 2010] Transcript Variant: This variant (4) lacks two alternate in-frame exons, compared to variant 1. The resulting isoform (4) lacks two internal segments, compared to isoform 1. Variants 4, 24, and 39 all encode the same isoform (4). |
